By this time, I am pretty sure that you have seen various sites of similar theme and contents to what you want to accomplish. If not, we encourage you to "google" the web for such sites and make note of the design style that appeals to you. Think about their salient features, functionality, and user interface. Consider also the number of segments or pages such as "About Us", "Contact Us", "Links", "Products", etc. your proposed website will require.

Upon receipt of your WDQ information, we will asses your requirements, your expectations and industry trends. We will contact you if we have questions on certain issues that require clarification. If, after careful consideration, we believe that your website development project could benefit from our services and expertise, we will immediately inform you of our decision and quote you on the project.

Once you have settled on a certain design style, fill out the free, no-obligation Website Design Quote (WDQ) form. Please be as detailed as possible when you describe your website requirements in order for us to provide you an accurate price quotation.
Your WDQ Proposal will include project details, schedule and price. Please review our proposal, indicate your approval and send it back to us. The signed proposal and 50% deposit is required before we schedule a time slot for the project as all our projects are allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.
We will provide you via email, with a confirmation of the start date and receipt of the deposit together with a list of items that will be required from you over the course of the project development. It will also suggest Domain Name Registration/Website Hosting, if you don't have such already in place.
If needed, we will immediately secure your desired domain name (pending availability) and include the first 1 year of service. The domain is registered in your name with your information and you will be the only registrant contact on file.
If you require hosting services, we recommend "1 and 1" hosting services. They have great server uptime, lots of features, as well as good customer support. All of our clients host their websites with "1 and 1" and they are very satisfied and happy with "1 and 1".

5. Project Start and Progress Review
As mentioned earlier, please indicate your preference as to color, style, theme, etc. that you would like incorporated into your site. It would greatly help us if you have examples of your favourite sites that you would like us to refer when creating the initial design. If you don't have a custom logo or would like us to design one for you, that service is available for additional fee.
A temporary private directory will be established on my server so that you may view the progress at any time. You will be informed, via email, when major updates to the site have been made.
After you have reviewed and approved the intial design, minor modifications will be made as necessary until the final desired look is achieved. Upon approval of the final design, all interior pages, navigation links, site content, etc. will be constructed and deployed to the temporary site.

5. Final Approval and Deployment
Final payment is always due before we publish your website live on your domain. Upon receipt of final payment, your website will be live within minutes and you will be emailed a final/paid in full receipt.
After the website is live, any interactive programming and scripts are tested to verify proper function. Since the design and testing phase often occurs on a different server, it is very important to once again verify that everything is working correctly after taking the website live.
All necessary website files and scripts are copied to your domain and databases are setup.
Minor adjustments to the website are included at no charge for up to 30 days after the website has launched (maximum of up to 3 hours labor). Minor changes include adding changing text, adding or changing photos, etc. Any major revision requests will require additional discussion and possibly incur a fee.
