Our primary objective is to create a DVD Show to your full satisfaction. We will spend as much time with you as necessary to determine how we can best meet your expectation and customize your DVD Show.
How do I get my own DVD Show? It's easy! Just follow these simple steps:
1. Choose Your Package
Select the right package, Essential or Ultimate, that you feel is best suited for your DVD Show.
2. Choose Your Photographs
Gather all the photographs that you would like to include in your DVD Show. Organize your selections and place your photographs in the order that you would like them appear in the show. Number each photograph on the back using a post-it note. USE PENCIL ONLY, as the pen ink can rub off on the face of your photos and don't write on the post-it when already stuck to the back of the photographs as pencil marks could ruin them. If you are sending digital images, the filename must indicate the order in which they should appear in the DVD Show.
3. Choose Your Music
Send in your personal (original) music CDs with your order indicating which track(s) you would like included in your DVD slideshow. If you do not own the song(s) that you wish to include in the DVD Show, we will purchase them for you and charge you accordingly. We adhere strictly to the Music and Publishing Copyright laws. We do not retain copies of your CDs or the songs we purchased for you. They will all be deleted after your DVD Show is completed.
4. Fill Out The Order Form
Download and print out the order form, then fill in all applicable information. Sign and mail the order form with your original materials.
5. Shipping Your Materials
Place your photos and/or digital disc, music disc, a copy of your completed order form, along with a check or money order for payment in full payable to Conrado Z. Caunan, in a sturdy mailing box or a padded tear resistant envelope. Using a traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, send the package to:
6. Confirmation
As soon as we receive your materials, we will contact you by email or telephone as indicated on your Order Form to confirm the details of your order before we even start working on your DVD Show. If any miscalculations have occurred, we will send out an invoice immediately while we produce your DVD Show.
7. Completion & Delivery
Defining Moments.US standard turnaround time is 10 business days. If our turnaround time will be longer than 10 business days, you will be notified immediately upon receiving the materials. If you need a rush order please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your specific need.
Upon completion of your show and before burning and shipping, we will upload your show to our website for you to preview and approve. Upon approval, we will finalize your show and ship the final DVD Show including all the materials via a traceable carrier so we can provide you with a tracking number.
